Tenant Improvement (T.I.)

Out the old and in with the new, T.I’s give a commercial customer the opportunity to create custom interiors on rented space. Modern Elements specializes in office, retail and warehouse space, where we offer clients turnkey construction projects, ranging from carpet and paint for lease renewals, to brand-new gray shell build-outs.
